Location: Denver (Serving Greater Denver Area)

Pay: $20–$26/hour (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities
 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and coordinate emergency service requests
  • Schedule technicians and manage daily job flow
  • Communicate with customers regarding timelines, updates, and next steps
  • Assist with job documentation, data entry, and file management
  • Support the field team to ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or coordination experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Experience in construction, restoration, or service industry is a plus
