Location: Denver (Serving Greater Denver Area)
Pay: $20–$26/hour (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate emergency service requests
- Schedule technicians and manage daily job flow
- Communicate with customers regarding timelines, updates, and next steps
- Assist with job documentation, data entry, and file management
- Support the field team to ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Experience in construction, restoration, or service industry is a plus
