Job Summary
American Home Exteriors, a trusted roofing and exterior construction company based in Louisville, is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and crew.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain and update Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from subcontractors.
- Regularly update distributor pricing lists on a monthly basis.
- Track and manage expenses for materials and subcontractors on a per-job or per-project basis.
- Answer all incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and sales reps to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle insurance claims supplements and related documentation.
- Upload to social media.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office technology.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with diverse clients and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
