About the Role:
Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as a Construction professional in Monroe, LA, where your expertise will help shape the future of our community. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to exciting land development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project schedules.
• Assist in the management of budgets and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and developments.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
