We are seeking a Construction Managing Associate ready to step into a leadership role within a top-ranked Construction & Engineering team, advising on some of the UK’s most significant development and infrastructure projects. Based in Manchester, you’ll enjoy high-profile client work, autonomy, and a central role in shaping the team’s strategic direction - all while being supported by market-leading partners in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will:
- Advise government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, and major corporates on procurement, facilities management, and dispute avoidance
- Lead on drafting and negotiating construction and development contracts, consultant appointments, and warranties
- Work across sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
- Support and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to team growth and development
About you:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+PQE in non-contentious construction law from a leading firm
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value matters across multiple sectors
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and manage others
