Construction Managers\n\nLeading Contractor \n\nBracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Construction Manager for one of our clients who is working on a various utilities projects in around the London region.\n\nThis would suit someone with a Cable Replacement background and a strong understanding NRSWA regulations and processes.\n\nMy client will also require someone with a a firm knowledge of NEC.\n\nOur Client is a multi-disciplined Engineering Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the utilities sector. \n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (minimum)\n\t\nStrong knowledge within the cable replacement\n\t\nNEC Knowledge\n\t\nCable Replacement experience\n\t\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\t\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\n\t\nExperience of working to tight deadlines\n\t\nExperience managing various sites\n\t\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel\n\t\nStrong time management skills\n\t\nHard working and ambitious\n\nQualifications:\n\nSMSTS (desirable)\n\t\nCSCS\n\nPlease contact Steve Lee on Mobile: (phone number removed) or Email: steve for further information
