Construction Manager in Oxford

Construction Manager | Didcot

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a civil engineering/construction project in Didcot.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, helping keep works safe, organised and on programme.

Key responsibilities:

Managing site teams and subcontractors

Coordinating day-to-day site activities

Monitoring programme, quality and H&S

Resolving site and delivery issues

Supporting the Project Manager with overall delivery

Communicating with subcontractors and the wider project team

Ideally, you’ll have: 

Strong construction/civils background

Previous Construction or Site Management experience

Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

Strong communication and leadership skills

Tier 1 contractor experience beneficial

Didcot, Oxfordshire
