We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a large-scale, technically complex project in the Heathrow region.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme requiring exceptional standards in quality, programme delivery, safety, and stakeholder coordination within a live and highly regulated environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManaging day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts\nCoordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades\nDriving programme and sequencing activities to meet key milestones\nMonitoring quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project specifications\nLeading site meetings and coordinating with consultants and delivery teams\nManaging health & safety standards in accordance with company and statutory requirements\nSupporting commissioning, testing, and project handover activities\nIdentifying and mitigating construction risks and resolving technical issues on site\nMaintaining accurate reporting on progress, productivity, and site performance\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale commercial, industrial, aviation, pharmaceutical, logistics, or mission-critical projects\nStrong background with Tier 1 or leading main contractors\nExperience managing MEP-intensive or technically complex schemes is highly desirable\nExcellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills\nStrong understanding of programme management and construction sequencing\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated project environment\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to work on a landmark technical project\nLong-term pipeline of major projects\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nCareer progression within a well-established contractor\nCollaborative and high-performing project team environmentFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please submit your CV.\n\n(url removed)
