Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, pay applications, certified payroll, change orders, and closeout.
- Proficient in construction documents, building codes, budgeting, scheduling, and Microsoft Office/Project.
- Experience with construction tools such as Bluebeam or Procore.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- K–12, higher education, or public-sector construction experience.
- Grant-funded construction/compliance experience.
- Experience with athletic fields, HVAC replacements, and interior renovations.
- LEED/sustainable design and permitting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and monitor quality, cost, schedule, and code compliance.
- Manage budgets, schedules, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates.
- Support bidding, procurement, contractor evaluation, punch lists, and final closeout.
