About the Role:

• OSHA 10, NFP70E or 20E, NAQE
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in data center cooling systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing critical cooling infrastructure — including chillers, HVAC systems, and air cooling solutions — to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety of our data center environments.
• Design, manage, and optimize mechanical systems (chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling systems) for data centers.
• Monitor and improve cooling system performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with electrical, facilities, and operations teams to deliver robust and scalable cooling solutions.
• Support maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E/20E, NAQE, and other relevant safety and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, energy use, and reliability.
Skills:
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years experience required.

Salary Range: $ 1,37,280 - 1,47,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
