Job DescriptionJob Description

A direct client of ours located in Queens NY is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team on a multi year contract project. 

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
• Supports with project delivery strategies.
• Schedules the project in logical steps and budgets time required to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates the project procurement, selection of contractors and assists with contract paperwork and management of changes.
• Coordinates QA/QC quality control plans.
• Oversees safety management plans.
• Oversees the building permit process and compliance with codes.
• Participates in weekly construction meetings.

• Full-Time on client site in Queens, NY
• Sports & Rec experience but not required
• Best for NYC and Long Island based candidates
• Ground up construction of new 4 story building
• Renovation of Tennis Stadium suites
• 4 year program duration
• $850M project

Pay is $70 hr
