Job Description

Job Title: Construction Manager 5 (Early Works)

Duration: 18 months contract

Location: Onsite Role (Columbus OH)

Pay Rate: $85/hr on W2

Typical task breakdown and rhythm- Oversees construction operations at Early Works site in Columbus OH as the senior representative.

Best vs. average: Substantial horizontal construction experience with leadership of multiple functions. 15 years of construction management experience and a related Bachelors degree

Performance indicators: Performance will be measured in terms of project execution (cost schedule and performance), communication of challenges, and support to the regional manager.

Earthworks - 5 years

Review and interpretation of construction drawings - 10 years

Management of project cost and schedule - 10 years
