Ken Harvey Homes, a trusted and family-oriented custom home builder, is seeking enthusiastic, experienced professionals to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. We're committed to quality craftsmanship, strong vendor partnerships, and exceptional customer care — and we're looking for people who share those values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the full construction cycle — from lot clearing to final delivery — with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines

• Provide managerial oversight across multiple custom home projects

• Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring productivity and accountability

• Oversee materials, schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work

• Maintain compliance with safety codes and ensure clean, safe job sites

• Track progress and updates using online scheduling and project management tools

• Conduct homebuyer meetings and ensure all walkthrough items are completed prior to closing

• Collaborate closely with purchasing and design/selection teams for personalized home customization

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in custom home building (strongly )

• Proven supervisory or management skills in a construction setting

• Ability to motivate teams and hold subcontractors accountable to high standards

• Proficient in construction scheduling software and vendor management systems

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, blueprints, and documentation

• Strong customer service with attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and drive for excellence
