Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + benefits (DOE)

A Tier One Contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations on Phases 2 and 3 of the Panattoni Braintree Industrial & Logistics Development, following the successful delivery of Phase 1.
You will take full responsibility for site delivery, managing subcontractors, health & safety, quality, logistics, and programme performance in line with HSE, CDM, and company SHEQ policies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead site operations to deliver safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Manage subcontractors and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with CDM, HSE, RAMS, and SHEQ procedures
- Maintain site records, inductions, and safety briefings
- Build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders

About You:

- Proven Construction Manager experience on large industrial or commercial projects
- Tier One or major contractor background
- Strong H&S and CDM knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
