Job Description

I'm currently working with a specialist manufacturer of Italian-made luxury bathroom pods who are looking to appoint either a Construction Manager or Assistant Construction Manager on a permanent basis, working across large residential developments in London.\n\nThese pods are manufactured in Italy using high end materials and finishes, and installed into major high-rise residential schemes. A typical project can involve circa 400 pods, with a variety of pod types used across each development, including bespoke units designed specifically for the scheme. \nThe role will focus primarily on installation contracts, managing the process from delivery through to installation, snagging and completion.\n\n* Permanent role\n * Construction Manager - £65,000-£70,000 DOE\n * Assistant Construction Manager - £45,000-£50,000 DOE\n * London based projects\n * Site hours 8:00am - 4:30pm\n * Immediate start available\n\n* Coordinating delivery and installation of 6-12 bathroom pods at a time\n * Managing installation teams on large residential construction sites\n * Overseeing snagging, remediation works and variations\n * Liaising with the main contractor and site management teams\n * Ensuring installations are delivered safely and to programme\n\nWho we neded:\n\n* Background in construction engineering, mechanical, electrical or plumbing\n * Around 10+ years' experience working on large construction sites\n * Experience working on high rise residential developments\n * Strong coordination and communication skills on site\n * Valid CSCS card\n\nThis is a genuinely interesting opportunity to move into a specialist part of the construction industry, working with a product that is increasingly used on major residential developments.\n\nFull on the job training will be provided, so previous experience with bathroom pods is not required.\n\nThe company has strong turnover, very low staff turnover, and a number of large London projects secured
