Job Title: Construction Manager \n\nLocation: Oxford\n\nContact: Mitchell / Joe \n\nApply now!\n\nSite Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for Construction Manager in Oxford.\n\nThis role is working for a tier 1 who are looking for construction manager working on a commercial project.\n\nFor this role, Construction manager would be undertaking the following duties:\n\nThe role will be site based and have full responsibility for health, safety and welfare for the site operatives.\n\t\nThey are required to manage the site installation to the Construction Programme through to project completion including all test and commissioning activities. \n\t\nEnsure method statements are in place and relevant for the activities being undertaken and all operatives have understood and signed the method statement acceptance register. \n\t\nMonitor and ensure that all Phoenix and Phoenix subcontractors are working to their method statements and that site rules are adhered to by all operatives.\n\t\nBrief Supervisors and operatives on all safety method statements and known site risks ensuring that all operatives understand them prior to signing the method statement register.\n\t\nHave the experience and ability to assess how long a task will take and the man-power required\n\nAll construction Manager on this project must have:\n\nMust have M&E experience \n\t\nExperience of running large projects\n\nRates & Shift pattern:\n\n£60,000 - £75,000 per annum (Mon - Fri)\n\nInterested?
