Join 'DA CREW' as the Construction Management (Restaurant Development) for Godfather's Pizza!

We are seeking a motivated Construction Management to support the planning, coordination, and execution of restaurant construction and renovation projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management, site coordination, budgeting, and working with contractors and vendors in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing restaurant construction and remodeling projects from concept through completion
  • Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Track project timelines and help identify potential delays or risks
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Assist with meeting regulatory compliance
  • Maintain project files, reports, and communication logs
  • Help ensure projects meet brand standards and operational requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Skills:

  • Knowledge of restaurant or retail construction is a plus
  • Experience with Procore software (or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking
  • Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Procore, or MS Project
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
