Construction & Logistics Engineer - Contract Role\nLocation: Birmingham, UK\nDuration: 6 - 9 months (with possible extension)\nRate: £29-£34 per hour \nStart Date: ASAP\n\nWe're seeking an experienced Construction & Logistic Engineer to join a dynamic project team delivering high-impact infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Prepare documentation and specifications for sourcing plant installation suppliers\n- Coordinate with safety officers to ensure compliance documentation is in place\n- Plan and manage site logistics: offices, storage, supplier services, training, accommodation\n- Supervise installation progress and ensure alignment with customer specifications\n- Monitor project costs and timelines\n- Conduct safety inspections and enforce site safety standards\n- Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and documentation\n- Maintain quality control procedures and manage risk proactively\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n- Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n- Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities\n- Solid understanding of construction methods and regulations\n- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\n- Minimum 5 years' experience in site plant installation\n- Technical diploma or equivalent\n\nInterested?
