We Staff Better, LLC is in need of Experienced construction workers, those with experience in plumbing, and chemical production workers.

Pay:

$15-$30

Location:

Parkersburg, WV, Marietta, OH, and Williamstown, WV

Schedule:
Mon–Fri | Occasional Saturdays with overtime availability

Start Date:
Within 1–3 days of interview

About the Role:
Join a steady team environment with weekly pay and room to grow. Minimal experience required — we train!

What You’ll Do:

• Basic Construction - Minimal Experience

• Extensive Commercial Construction - Certified Experience

• Minor to Major Plumbing (Repairs and New Service) - We will get you certified!

• Production with Polymers

What You Need:

• Able to lift 50-75 Ibs occasionally

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Ability to stand for the shift
