Join our team as a Construction Laborer working full time on residential projects focused primarily on single-family homes. This role involves framing, siding, and a variety of supporting tasks to ensure smooth project progression on small crews of 1-5 people. While ICEC certification is , it is not required. Occasional travel between sites may be necessary. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and siding tasks on residential construction sites
• Handle and move materials efficiently
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Operate basic construction equipment as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and job site regulations
• Assist with basic carpentry tasks

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction labor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic carpentry skills
