Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
• Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing fixtures
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
• Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is ; on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Clear understanding of construction safety standards and practices is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
• Valid driver’s license

Pay Rate

• Pay rate based on experience
• 90-day probationary period
