Construction Laborer (Industrial Insulation and Scaffolding)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Industrial/Commercial Insulators and Scaffold Builders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in industrial and commercial construction, with expertise in insulation installation and scaffold assembly.

Responsibilities:

Industrial/Commercial Insulators:

• Install and remove insulation on piping, ducts, and other mechanical systems in industrial and commercial settings.

• Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials such as fiberglass, foamglass, and mineral wool.

• Ensure insulation is properly sealed to prevent energy loss and meet safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Scaffold Builders:

• Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures for industrial and commercial projects.

• Ensure scaffolds are built securely and meet safety and regulatory standards.

• Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety compliance before use.

• Work collaboratively with other trades to support project completion.

• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an insulator or scaffold builder in an industrial or commercial environment.

• Familiarity with insulation materials and installation techniques.

• Ability to safely assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.

• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
