Construction Laborer – Home Builds

Location: David City, NE & surrounding areas (including Columbus)
Pay Range: $16 – $24/hr (based on experience)

Ratkovec Construction is hiring Construction Laborers to join our team on home builds. Whether you’re experienced or looking to get started in the industry, we want you! You’ll work directly with our Lead Crew to support building projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with framing, installing, and trim work
• Help the crew with various tasks on home builds
• Learn and grow in the field under the guidance of experienced team members
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction experience , but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team and follow direction from the lead crew
• Valid driver’s license required
