We are hiring a Construction Laborer / General Laborer to support our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working on commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.

We’re looking for someone reliable who’s ready to work, learn, and grow in the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and construction laborer duties on active job sites
• Assist with site preparation, demolition, and clean-up
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled trades (carpentry, framing, concrete, etc.)
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, working outdoors)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Experience with construction tools and equipment is a plus (but not required)
