Job Title: Construction Laborer (Power Tools Experience Required)

Job Type: Temporary Project (Through November)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – Finish (Overtime Available)
Pay Rate: $24/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer with hands-on experience using power tools. This is a project-based position expected to run through November, offering consistent hours and the opportunity for overtime. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of power tools safely and effectively (drills, saws, grinders, etc.)
• Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and basic installations
• Support skilled tradesmen and supervisors on-site
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Complete tasks as assigned in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Prior construction labor experience required
• Proven experience using power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction
• Familiarity with job site safety standards (OSHA knowledge is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24/hour
