Duties

• Perform general labor and construction tasks
• Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
• Assist with disaster cleanup and restoration when needed
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across various construction sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing physically demanding tasks daily
• Knowledge of various construction disciplines including carpentry, roofing, restoration, flooring installation, etc.
• Valid driver’s license for site transportation may be required depending on project needs
• Strong commitment to safety practices and teamwork in fast-paced environments
