Construction Laborer

We are hiring a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing crew at Lara’s Construction. This is a hands-on position that supports all areas of our field operations, including:

• Assisting grading crews on residential and commercial projects
• Using chainsaws to clear brush, trees, and debris
• Performing landscaping and hardscaping tasks
• Supporting sewer, storm, and utility installation crews
• Helping with erosion control crews and clean-up tasks
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials and tools
• Operating hand tools and learning from experienced team members
• Performing general labor duties across all types of construction work

You’ll be expected to move between crews as needed, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn different aspects of construction and advance their skills in heavy equipment, utilities, and land development. This role can lead to:

• Becoming a full-time equipment operator
• Leading your own crew on future jobs
• Developing specialized skills in grading, storm/sewer installation, or landscaping/hardscaping
