This Construction / Interior Work role focuses on renovation and remodeling projects within small teams. The position involves hands-on tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, finish carpentry, material handling, and some demolition work. Candidates should be eager to learn and grow their skills as part of a team reporting directly to the Project Manager. Occasional travel may be required for different project locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and drywall installation tasks
• Install flooring and complete painting work
• Execute finish carpentry with attention to detail
• Handle materials efficiently and safely
• Carry out some demolition duties as needed
• Work collaboratively within a small team of 1-5 people
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and techniques

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in carpentry and interior finishing
• Strong problem-solving abilities
