LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN. Duties:

The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. This position is based out of our Chattanooga, TN office but travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.

Requirements

  • Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of water and sanitary sewer line installations.
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience.
  • TN EPSC certification is a plus, but not required.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification, .
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Additional certification requirements maybe necessary.
