Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Buck Hoist Operator for an immediate hire in Tampa, FL.

Join a long-term, high-profile construction project at the USF Football Stadium.

· PAY: $20.00/hr. (based on experience)
· HOURS: 1st and 2nd shift
· SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday; approximately 40 hours/week
· START DATE: Immediate
· DURATION: Long-term project

Buck Hoist Operator Job Description:

The Buck Hoist Operator will be responsible for safely operating a construction hoist to transport workers and materials on a large-scale job site. This role requires attention to safety, communication with site personnel, and consistent operation during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications for Buck Hoist Operator:

· Ability to operate or learn to operate a Buck Hoist (onsite certification provided)
· Strong attention to safety procedures and job site awareness
· Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with crew members
· Must be able to safely use required PPE

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
· Must be alert and attentive during all operating hours

Additional Requirements:

· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must have reliable transportation to the job site
· Background check required
