We are seeking a Construction/Glazing On-site Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and Installation

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Glazing Insallation of a commercial residential project
• well versed in Curtain wall, sliding doors and windows Installation sequence.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Manage the materials on site
• perform on site survey

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Glazing job management 
• Previous expereince in field installation
• Familiarity with construction management sequence
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
