About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Construction General Laborers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with reputable contractors on a variety of projects. Candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradesmen on job sites: Help Window Installers, Tile Installers and other construction and installation positions.

• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders

• Operate basic hand and power tools (with training, if needed)

• Perform general site tasks such as demolition, digging, and lifting

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience (not required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Willingness to work flexible hours/overtime if needed

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Must follow all safety guidelines and company policies
