Position: Field Technician

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Compensation: $18-$23/hr based on experience.

• Once trained and certified, raises may be given based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while respectfully entering homes and businesses and ensuring satisfaction throughout the remediation process.

• Work with your hands on projects that encompass demolition, mold removal, light construction, and dry fogging.

• Frequent required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mold remediation is not required.

• Ability to work in tight spaces (i.e., crawl spaces & attics).

• Training will be provided.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to get dirty.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from shop.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50lbs), bend, stoop, and work in various environmental conditions that require PPE.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field of mold remediation.

• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to upload pictures and documents to help manage projects.
