Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking candidates for General Laborers (Construction) with a great company located in Logan area.

The right candidate will at least have an extensive knowledge of reading and handling a measuring tape as well as power tools!

• All positions are full-time and long-term!
• Monday- Friday
• $20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks of all kinds at construction site

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a basic ruler test
• Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
• Pass a drug test and background check
• No construction experience is required, but is
• Good previous attendance record as well as longevity

Compensation & Hours:

• The starting salary for these positions ranges depending on experience from $20.00
• Hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of custom wood products, cabinetry, and various woodworking projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong craftsmanship skills, familiarity with construction plans, and experience working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects while developing your expertise in carpentry and woodworking.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute woodworking tasks
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently
Trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and siding projects
Perform heavy lifting and material handling using appropriate safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards
Qualifications and requirements:

Able to use an read a measuring tape.
Able to pass a drug screen (including THC) and a background check.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Strong understanding of power tool safety practices and proper handling of hand tools
Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged standing
