Job Position: Construction General Labor

Location: Jackson, GA 30233

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30PM (Monday- Saturday)

Job Summary:
An Underground Trench Digger/Pipe Layer is responsible for manually digging, shaping, and maintaining trenches for construction, utility installation, and infrastructure projects. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of working in various site and soil conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dig trenches by hand using shovels, picks, and other manual tools
• Support installation crews by preparing trenches for pipe, conduit, or cable placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work closely with supervisors, equipment operators, and other crew members.

Must Haves:
• 1–2 years of experience in construction manual trench digging.
• Basic knowledge of trench safety practices and soil conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual labor in demanding conditions.
