Talent Corps is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Labor to join our team in Austin, TX. This position supports skilled trades on active job sites and plays a key role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist in placing and maintaining signs, cones, barricades, and other traffic control equipment.
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
• Removing debris and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Austin Tx, or surrounding areas
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Bilingual / is a Plus.
• Must have PPE and steel toe boots
• Must have OSHA10
• Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Test.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• $21 -$23
• Steady, full-time work
• Opportunity for advancement into skilled trade positions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40+ hours a week.
• Some weekends or overtime as needed
