Talent Corps is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Labor to join our team in Austin, TX. This position supports skilled trades on active job sites and plays a key role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist in placing and maintaining signs, cones, barricades, and other traffic control equipment.
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
- Removing debris and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods
Requirements
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Austin Tx, or surrounding areas
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Bilingual / is a Plus.
- Must have PPE and steel toe boots
- Must have OSHA10
- Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Test.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- $21 -$23
- Steady, full-time work
- Opportunity for advancement into skilled trade positions
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40+ hours a week.
- Some weekends or overtime as needed
