The Construction Framer plays a critical role in the assembly and structural integrity of commercial and industrial building projects. Working under direct supervision within a medium-sized team of 4-7 members, this professional is responsible for accurate layout, framing, and assembly of walls and roofs using both standard carpentry tools and advanced power tools. The role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols while performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing layout based on blueprints and plans
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Measure, cut, and fit materials precisely
• Assemble wall and roof framing components
• Inspect framing work for quality and compliance
• Maintain clean and safe worksite conditions
• Use standard carpentry and advanced power tools effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction framing

Qualifications

• Fall Protection certification
• Aerial lift and scissor lift training
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety certifications
• Proficiency in carpentry and power tool operation
• Knowledge of measuring, cutting, and building codes
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Excellent physical stamina and attention to detail
