Construction Foreman- URGENT HIRE

Start Date: ASASP URGENT HIRE!

Location: Must be local to Charlotte (commute should be no more than an hour to Matthews, NC.)

Pay per Hour $32-38 hourly (Based on experience).

Work Schedule- 7AM-5PM ( Hours may vary based on job needs)

Overtime: Yes- Time and half (OT hours may vary based on job needs)

Responsibilities:

Plumbing Installation & Repair:

• Install, repair, and maintain water, sewer, and storm lines using materials like copper, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.

• Work with plumbing equipment such as water heaters, pumps, valves, and tanks.

• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with plans and codes.

• Perform complex tasks like cutting structural openings for piping.

• Maintain accurate “as-built” construction documents.

Project Management:

• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes to plan work procedures.

• Schedule and manage work sequences to meet deadlines.

• Determine crew and material needs based on building plans.

• Use company software/apps for daily reporting, safety documentation, timecards, and job tracking.

• Manage materials, inventory, and delivery schedules through company systems.

• REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED. 4.2
• Experience: Required: Two years plumbing experience : Four years plumbing experience
• Licenses, and Certifications: Required: County Journeyman Card or state license.
• Experience in lieu of Journeyman card and state license will be considered.
• State issued Driver’s License with safe driving record.
• First Aid/CPR Certification (or obtained within 1st year of employment). OSHA 30 Certification (or obtained within 90 days from date of hire).
• Fall Protection Certification (or obtained within 1st year of employment). Aerial Platform Certification (or obtained within 1st year of employment
