Job Description:
Seal and Supports LLC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and safety-conscious Foreman to lead our installation crews. The Foreman is critical to our success, acting as a leader on-site to ensure our encapsulation systems, drainage, and structural solutions are installed with the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2-4 installers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor installation technicians on best practices for crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control.
• Installation & Quality Control: Oversee the installation of vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, drain systems and structural repairs to meet company standards.
• Site Management: Review job specifications, organize materials/tools, and troubleshoot job-site challenges.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, confined space regulations, and equipment operation.
• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally on-site, answering customer questions, and ensuring a clean work site.
• Documentation: Complete final project paperwork, including daily reports on project status and team performance. 

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction, with crawlspace encapsulation, foundation repair, or drainage work, will train the right candidate.
• Leadership: Previous experience leading crews or small teams I a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in tight, confined spaces (crawlspaces/basements) and able to lift/carry up to 50+ lbs.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic construction, carpentry, or mechanical knowledge.
• Driver’s License: Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
