Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! This is a hands on position working alongside your crew. You’ll be leading a crew of 3-5 people in residential and commercial remodeling. You’ll be reporting directly to a project manager. In addition to regular pay, Forman is also eligible to receive per project bonuses that can increase pay by up to an additional 20%. There will also be opportunity to be a project coordinator which will earn 15% commission on projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Work with customers to ensure the project comes out exactly the way they envisioned
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction.
• Skills to include Framing, drywall, flooring, tile, windows, doors, decks. All around knowledge
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
