Job Summary

Gillmann Services is hiring a Commercial Construction Foreman for a night shift data center project in Springfield, Ohio. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating work, and keeping the job running safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift construction work
• Coordinate subcontractors and crews
• Enforce safety rules and jobsite standards
• Track progress and report updates
• Ensure work follows plans and specifications
• Communicate with day shift team

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction leadership experience (Foreman or Lead)
• Commercial or industrial construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work night shift

Pay & Benefits

• $35–$40/hour
• Overtime available
• Full-time, steady work
