Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Flaggers to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. Flaggers are responsible for directing traffic safely around construction sites, roadwork zones, and utility projects to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians. This role is critical in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow in active work zones.

• Valid Texas Driver’s License or state-issued ID
• ATSSA Flagger Certification (American Traffic Safety Services Association) or equivalent approved certification
  • Validity: The certification is typically valid for 3 to 4 years, after which refresher training is required
  • Proof of Certification: Flaggers are required to carry their certification card on-site at all times
• Completion of Work Zone Safety Training (per Texas Department of Transportation standards)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required by client)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically dem

• Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around construction and work zones
• Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, barricades, and flagging equipment
• Communicate clearly with other flaggers using radios, hand signals, or other approved communication methods
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust directions as needed to maintain safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Alert supervisors of unsafe conditions, accidents, or hazards immediately
• Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times while on duty
• Assist crew members as needed when traffic control is not required
