Field Supervisor - High End Residential Construction
High End Residential Construction company located in Southwestern Fairfield County, CT seeks 'one' highly motivated individual with at least 8 years experience as a field supervisor in residential construction. This candidate must possess extremely strong communication skills, time management skills, and organizational skills. This candidate must have extensive experience in overseeing all aspects of residential home building and remodeling. This candidate will be responsible for managing more than one project at a time and must have the ability to coordinate, manage, and direct many subcontractors at a time. This candidate must possess a strong understanding of all aspects of residential construction with a clear ability to read plans, and effectively write and maintain project schedules, and meet deadlines. Our business is heavily focused on customer service and meeting the needs of our clients is paramount to its success. Candidate must be extremely customer service oriented. This candidate must have a discerning eye for quality and craftmanship. Computer knowledge is a must with a general understanding of MS Word, emailing, etc. Candidate must have a clean drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Special Notes: Our job sites are 100% NON SMOKING environments. Candidates that do not already reside in the Fairfield County CT/Westchester area will not be considered.
