Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and help drive growth through winning work.

What You'll Do

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare competitive bids for concrete scopes on commercial, industrial, and public projects (including schools and government work)
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and project owners
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with GCs to close deals
• Manage bid follow-up from submission through award
• Collaborate with our existing estimating and operations team to ensure accurate project handoffs

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience estimating concrete work (structural, flatwork, site concrete, etc.)
• Proven track record of winning bids, we will verify past project wins
• Strong relationships with general contractors in the region
• Ability to work independently and manage your own bid pipeline
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
