Your new role

As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate project cost estimates, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure comprehensive budgeting and bidding. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to the project management team, and you will play a key role in liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to optimize costs and maintain quality standards.

What you will need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working as an Estimator, preferably in Commercial Construction.
• Experience with large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects valued over $25 million.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop competitive cost proposals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
