We are HIRING!
We are looking for a skilled Estimator with 3 to 5 years of experience in concrete construction. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing detailed cost estimates, and supporting bid proposals for commercial and residential concrete projects. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Quantify materials, labor, and equipment costs for various concrete structures and finishes
- Obtain and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Prepare and submit bid proposals and cost breakdowns within deadlines
- Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to validate estimates and support project execution
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
- Maintain updated pricing databases for materials and labor
- Evaluate project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating concrete construction projects
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, formwork, and rebar systems
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (PlanSwift)
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English fluency required
Salary Range:
$80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level
