Were looking for a motivated Construction Estimator to join our team and gain hands-on experience in project estimation, cost analysis, and construction management.

Position Summary


The Construction Estimator will assist our estimating team with gathering, analyzing, and preparing cost data for construction projects. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.
  
  
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to identify materials, labor, and time needed.
  
  
• Support the estimation team in analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotes.
  
  
• Help maintain databases of material and labor costs.
  
  
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and bid reviews as needed.
  
  
• Provide administrative and technical support to senior estimators and project managers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  
  
• Strong analytical and math skills with attention to detail.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, or similar) a plus.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
