We are a commercial excavation, site utility, and structural concrete contractor seeking a full-time Construction Estimator to focus primarily on commercial projects. This role involves detailed take-offs, pricing, bid preparation, cost analysis, and document review.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed take-offs and pricing for commercial projects
• Prepare accurate bids and cost estimates
• Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Review and interpret project documents and blueprints
• Collaborate with team members
• Utilize cost estimating software to streamline processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in cost estimation and blueprint reading
• Strong project management and employer communication skills
• Analytical thinking and effective time management
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with bidding software
