Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Marietta, GA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing blueprints, and managing project budgets. They will also collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide accurate and detailed project proposals, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of fencing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and conducting Quantity Take-offs
• Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to oversee project finances effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and teams
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for creating accurate project proposals
• Proficient in using construction-related software is a plus
• Experience with fencing or relevant construction projects is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Marietta, GA, and manage tasks independently and efficiently
