Duties

  • Communicate professionally and effectively through email and phone correspondence
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the sales and construction teams through estimating functions
  • Review plans and bid sets as needed
  • Complete proposals and bid request
  • Consistently produce high-quality, accurate work
  • Correspond with architects, subcontractors, and customers
  • Prioritize excellent customer service with quick response times
  • Actively contribute to achieving company goals

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills, preferably in a construction or fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment including printers and scanners
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management techniques
