Construction Estimator - Mamaroneck, NY

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accurately estimating costs for a variety of construction projects, from initial concept to completion. You will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications and data to prepare accurate and competitive bids, ensuring our projects are profitable and delivered on time,

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and subcontractors to understand project requirements and scope
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes and industry regulations
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans

Benefits:

• Salary $75,000.00 per year, based on experience
• Paid time off and paid holidays
